OFFICIAL RULES FOR GO TO THE MASTERS WITH MASTERLINE SWEEPSTAKES PRESENTED BY UNIVAR NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter. Beginning October 6th, 2008, through March 2th, 2009; (1) go to www.masterline.com and complete the online registration form, (2) send an email to; win@masterline.com, or (3) purchase $100 of any combination of Masterline Products. Entries for method of entry (1) and (2) must be received by March 2nd, 2009. To be eligible for method of entry (3), products must be ordered on or before March 2nd, 2009. Purchase Limit one entry per licensed Pest Control Operator located within one of 50 states or the District of Columbia each calendar day regardless of method of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to licensed pest control operators whom reside in the 50 United States and D.C., eighteen (18) years of age and older as of March 2nd, 2009, with internet access. Employees of Univar and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 6th, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by members of the Univar Austin Marketing department acting as judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail, or telephone within one day from date of drawing. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
4. PRIZES: One Grand Prize. Grand Prize is a 3 day 2 night trip for two to Augusta, Georgia to attend the 2009 Masters Championship on Sunday, April 12th 2009. Prize includes; (a) Two round trip economy air travel tickets from the International airport nearest the winner's home to Atlanta, Georgia, (b) Accommodations for two (double occupancy) in Augusta, Georgia for one night, and accommodations for two (double occupancy) in Atlanta, Georgia for one night (c) Ground transportation between airport and accommodations in Augusta, accommodations to Masters Tournament and Master Tournament to Atlanta hotel, and (d) Two tickets to the Masters Championship on Sunday April 12th 2009.
Total Grand Prize Value estimated at $4,500. Actual value of prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary, on dates commensurate with the 2009 Masters. All travel accommodations and arrangements at Univar's discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Travel is subject to availability and certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If any guest of a winner is a minor, they must travel with a parent or legal guardian.
Four Second Place Prizes. Second place prize includes a $250 gift certificate towards the purchase of MasterLine products from Univar.
GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance constitutes permission for Univar to use winner and guest's name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Univar is not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the eligible name on the online entry form or entry email account. By entering this promotion, participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees and or damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes and accepting the prize, winner and guest agree to hold Univar, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns and indemnify Univar from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Guests are subject to these Official Rules and may be required to complete a separate release and liability waiver. These rules and any signed release and indemnity agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with reference to the subject matter and shall not be altered, amended, supplemented or cancelled without the written agreement of both Parties. The Parties expressly agree that this Sweepstakes and all issues relating thereto shall be governed solely and exclusively by the laws of the State of Washington. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be referred to and settled by arbitration in Seattle, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect on the date hereof. The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with such rules.
5. WINNER'S LIST: For the name of the winner(s), available after March 9th, 2009 send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Univar, Masters with MasterLine, 9430 Research Blvd. Ste. 350, Echelon Building IV, Austin, Texas 78759. Requests must be received by April 30, 2009, for receipt by June 30, 2009.
